On May 13, American European Consulting Company (AECC) merged its ACCPAC business with our friends at Net@Work, an award-winning technology solutions provider recognized as a top worldwide ACCPAC partner for the last six years. I have known the key players at Net@Work for some time and have long admired their reputation as Premier ACCPAC Solution Providers. The AECC team will continue to work with you and support your ACCPAC installations; the merger means we'll be able to dedicate even more resources and bandwidth in addressing your IT and business needs - today and well into the future.
As we join the Net@Work family, the region's leading and most trusted reseller, we will be able to use those resources to expand the range of solutions to complement our core ACCPAC services. Like AECC, Net@Work's success is owed to their focus on great customer service and their talented and professional staff delivering quality solutions. This is precisely why the merger is a big win for our valued customers; now we can expand services and support across a broader spectrum, providing true "one-stop" shopping for your most critical IT solutions. I will be the Director of Client Care, a group recently created to increase and ensure client satisfaction, in which role I will be your point of contact - all issues or questions will be routed to my attention, ensuring a smooth, virtually transparent transition.

The Net@Work office is located in the building right next door (now isn't that convenient) to the AECC office; our new address will be 575 Eighth Avenue,10th Floor, New York, NY 10018.
All ongoing work, maintenance agreements and client obligations are being transferred to Net@Work. If something slips between the cracks, do please lift the phone and call or e-mail me - the old AECC number 212-947-5725 will be linked into the Net@Work phone system - but my direct number is 646-293-1799. Regardless, I will call you personally to answer any question or concerns you may have.
I have asked Net@Work to send you a welcome letter outlining the range of services now available from the combined organization. This should arrive in the next week or so.
